The idea for Peacock Lodge was born
The idea for Peacock Lodge was bornThe idea for Peacock Lodge was born. The charity wanted to provide a place where families whose children were undergoing treatment, or having a break from such treatment, would be able to go and spend valuable family time together. A place where families can have a much needed break, spend time together and create new memories. The charity identified such a place and Peacock Lodge was purchased. With the help of some wonderful local businesses the lodge was fully restored in order to make it the best possible place we could provide for those families.
Peacock Lodge Opens
Peacock Lodge OpensIn February 2019 Peacock Lodge Opens and warmly welcomes its first families. All the families who visit the lodge have a wonderful time and the feedback from them all is exactly what we wanted to achieve. 40 families visited in 2018 and all had a brilliant break.
Peacock Lodge continues to provide memories to families
Many more families are already booked in to experience Peacock Lodge. We hope it will provide them all with a much needed holiday and provide the time and space to create wonderful memories and experiences.
