We’re incredibly proud and honoured to welcome James Nelson Joyce as our newest Ambassador.

A proud Scouser with a huge heart, James has taken the time to see and understand the work we do here at the Owen McVeigh Foundation. After meeting the team and seeing first-hand the difference we make to children and families affected by cancer, he was passionate about getting involved and helping us continue our work.

James is a talented Liverpool actor who has built an impressive career across television and film, and many will recognise him from the hugely successful BBC drama This City Is Ours, which brought Liverpool to screens across the country.

But for us, it’s James himself that makes him such a fantastic addition to the Foundation family. His love for Liverpool, his genuine passion for helping others and his desire to use his platform to make a difference perfectly reflect the spirit of what we’re all about.

We’re absolutely delighted to have James on board and look forward to working together to raise awareness, support more families and make a real difference to children affected by cancer.
